Carefully pre-selected ingredients with the addition of unique spices, traditional salami smoked with beech wood, and a long aging process. It is a high-quality product that is a real delicacy, complemented by a pleasantly smoked taste, a noble mold coating, and the aroma of sweet peppers. Each rod weighs between 750g and 800g (26.5 to 28 OZ).

This is the brand that we used to buy in Germany and Hungary. I wish we had known that there is a hot version before we bought the milder version, but it is still a bit spicy. We will get the hot next time.
I am very Picky (pun intended) when it comes to food. I have not been able to find a salami anywhere in the world that comes anywhere close to the quality and taste of the Rákóczi Pick salami. The superior ingredients and know how produce a little known but unsurpassed product. The only problem was that I could not get it in the US. That is until now.
