In case of missing items or items damaged in transit please contact us within two business days of receipt of the parcel. Please be sure to include photos of the parcel at the time of delivery and a protocol of the damage taken by the courier or the local office of the courier service.
If your complaint is accepted, you have the option of exchanging the item(s) or receiving a refund for the full amount of the item purchased. Refunds on damaged or missing items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. If payment was made by credit card, once we receive the product we will credit your account. Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.
We offer a selection of limited edition Nespresso capsules, including rare collector’s pieces that may have exceeded their best before date. Please note that we do not accept returns for Nespresso capsules with the reason that the product is expired if they are explicitly labeled as such on the product page. Always ensure to check the precise best before date of the product on the product page before placing your order.
Please be aware that, for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for food items (including supplements) in cases of buyer’s remorse or ordering errors. All sales of food items are considered final. This policy ensures compliance with legal regulations and maintains product safety and quality.
