At European Products Store, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.
In case of missing items or items damaged in transit please contact us within two business days of receipt of the parcel. Please be sure to include photos of the parcel at the time of delivery and a protocol of the damage taken by the courier or the local office of the courier service.
If your complaint is accepted, you have the option of exchanging the item(s) or receiving a refund for the full amount of the item purchased. Refunds on damaged or missing items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. If payment was made by credit card, once we receive the product we will credit your account. Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.
Please note that for hygienic reasons we can’t accept returns in case of food items if you changed your mind or ordered by mistake. All sales are final.
