First tasted this when I worked in Budapest back in 2002. Herz sausage has a unique flavor that is rich, yet delicate. When I found this vendor was able to ship to the US, I immediately ordered. The product came well packed in excellent condition with no defects. The sausage was delectable, and brought back some vivid memories… (I gave some to friends, who also found it very tasty!)
