Bright yellow oil with a pleasant, soft butter taste. Milk thistle has been used as a medicinal plant for centuries. It is extremely rich in essential fatty acids and its vitamin E content is significant. The oil can even be consumed on its own, on a daily basis. The recommended amount is one mocha spoon per day up to 80 kg body weight, one teaspoon per day above 80 kg body weight. Seasoned with finely chopped sage, it makes a very delicious dip. It has a silky, mild taste, and is also excellent for mayonnaise or mustard salad dressings.
