Preparation:

1. Mix pudding powder with 2-3 tbsp (50 g) sugar and stir until smooth. Gradually mix, with about 6 tbsp of the 500 ml cold milk.

2. Bring remaining milk to the boil, remove from heat, stir in prepared mix and whisk.

3. Stir pudding while cooking for at least 1 minute. Pour pudding in a bowl and let cool.
