The Inofolic Premium dietary supplement contains mio-inositol, alpha-lactalbumin and folic acid. It contains 2000 mg of mio-inositol, 50 mg of alpha-lactalbumin, and 200 µg of folic acid. Mio-inositol is a natural substance formed in the human body from glucose and is part of the B-vitamin complex. Mio-inositol can also be introduced into the body through diet. Rich sources of inositol include grains, nuts, fruits (especially melons and oranges) and it is also abundant in meats, particularly liver.
