Az 50-es evekben szinte csak lohust ettunk mivel mas nem igen volt, az ara a lokolbasznak 1Ft 50filler kiloja de volt mas is mint a loparizer es lohus. En mint gyerek szerettem mert a lohus edes izu. A lecso kolbasz volt 2 Ft azert hivtak kettes kolbasznak. A lohus az elso es a masodik vilag haboruban millio Magyar katonanak es civileknek az eletet mentette mek az ehalaltol es ezert a lohust nemzeti elelmiszernek kellene torvenyileg nyilvatani. Looks good, smells good, taste good. However, I was said to see all the extra chemicals added: Preservatives, Corn syrup, Sourness modifier, Antioxidants, Stabilizers.
Unfortunately we couldn't enjoy this fustult lokolbasz because it was too zsiros. I tried to boil it but that didn't work either. Not ordering again.
The Hungarian horse sausage was rather delicious ! It was a bit too salty since it was a bit overdried during the smoking process. We prefer a so called " fustolt kolbasz" version that is not so dry although its weight is 15% more. Even though we loved it a lot. Your company does a good job in the delivery packing and delivery time. We bight consider ordering from you a Kulen the next time. Thank you.
