Sulforane is an effective activator of cell defense systems. Clinical studies show the effectiveness of sulforaphane in the complementary treatment of cancer (colon, pancreas, breast, liver, prostate, lymphoma, leukemia), it also has cardioprotective properties, antidiabetic effects, can prevent neurodegeneration, can provide protection against stomach ulcers, its effectiveness has also been observed in allergic respiratory diseases. The activated BroccoRaphanin® complex in the product is produced from broccoli seeds and horseradish. When developing the complex, the goal was to naturally produce sulforaphane glucosinolate (SGS) in a high concentration (10%) and to contain additional plant components that help the small intestine to be efficiently activated into sulforaphane and its direct absorption into the bloodstream. Horseradish and mustard powder support activation thanks to their significant myrosinase enzyme content. Calcium ascorbate increases the efficiency of activation. The allyl glucosinolate (sinigrin) content of the black mustard extract further enhances the effectiveness of sulforaphane. The product is manufactured in a gastric acid-resistant cellulose capsule to protect the ingredients (primarily the ingredients containing the enzyme myrosinase) from the degrading effect of gastric acid.
